Marion Marrongelli, 72, of Endicott, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer Monday, January 25, 2010, at home, with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Salvatore in 2008; parents, John and Anna Baron; brother John Baron and father in law and mother in law Rocco and Antonietta. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-laws, Sal Jr. and Jody, Austin, TX and Mark and Cathy Marrongelli, Endicott; two daughters, Cathy DeNovellis and companion, Randy Coats, and Beth Marrongelli, Florida; six grandchildren, Marissa and Mark Marrongelli, Ashley DeNovellis, Sal Aaron, and Trevor Marrongelli, and Colton Cabeza; four sisters and brothers in law, Anna Ludka; Marge and Tom Kennedy; Erma and George Battaglini and Dorothy and Jerry Dombert. Marion was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother "Baba" and friend who will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank her special niece Patty Ludka and Lourdes Hospice, for their care given to Marion. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 10 am from Church of the Holy Family, Endwell. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street on Thursday from 5-7 pm.
