Kenneth C. Davis, 74, of Endwell, NY passed away peacefully after an extended illness Thursday, February 25, 2010. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles M. and Thelma K. Davis; a brother, Donald E. Davis. He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Margaret L. (Tanner) Davis; one daughter, Dawn M. Davis, Chicago, IL; two sons and a daughter-in-law, David S. Davis, Tampa, FL, Darrell M. Davis and Angela Perry Davis, Cortlandt Manor, NY; a granddaughter, Stefanie Ann Davis, Puerto Rico; two grandsons, Austin Perry Davis and Tanner Perry Davis, Cortlandt Manor, NY; two brothers and four sisters-in-law, Howard Robert and Katherine Davis, Philip and Sheila Davis, all of Hammondsport, NY, Lynne Davis, Apalachin, and Mary Tanner, Hallstead, PA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a retired IBM Corp. employee, retiring after 29 years of service and a member of it's Quarter Century Club, a Veteran of the US Navy. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Willow Point Nursing Home for the loving care given to Ken.
Memorial Services will be held Sunday at 4:00 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, with the Reverend Daniel Eddings, Pastor of Community Church of the Nazarene officiating. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Sunday from 2 pm until service time at 4pm.
