The family would like to thank Wilson Hospital nurses in ICU, the Neuro Unit and the CCU Unit and the doctors for their compassionate care during the past two weeks. We would also like to thank Fr. Jim Serowik for his prayers and comforting words for our mother and family. The family would like to express a very special thank you to Sr. Anisia for her daily visits, prayers, songs and calming peace to Albert (her “Angelo”) and our family. Bert’s witty and unique sense of humor was the focal point of every get-together. He loved to laugh and he loved to be with his family. He could never spell words correctly, but he could always wind them into a silly rhyme that brought smiles to everyone’s face. No one loved an out of town trip more, and the best adventures were in the company of his children and grandchildren. Lord Jesus, please welcome Bert into your loving arms, and lead him on his new adventure in your heavenly kingdom.
