Angelo Santacroce

Angelo Santacroce, 86, of Apalachin, died at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Friday, April 2, 2010. He was predeceased by his wife Filomena. He is survived by his companion Bonnie Avery; three daughters and sons in law Tina and Gene Arthur, Endicott; Anna and Roger Hart, California and Sandi and Louis Miller, Endicott; four sons and a daughter in law Chuck and Nancy, Endicott; Nic, California; Angelo, Jr., Endicott and John, Endwell; twenty grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; also several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Margaret Mary Church, Apalachin, owned and operated Angelo’s Barber Shop, Apalachin, was a veteran of W.W. II, serving in the Italian Army and was a member of the Duca Degli Abruzzi Lodge #443, Endicott, Order Sons of Italy in America.A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 11:30 am at Blessed Trinity, St. Margaret Mary’s Church, Pennsylvania Avenue, Apalachin. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at church Wednesday from 9:30 am until Mass time at 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the Lourdes Foundation, (Care and Comfort), 169 Riverside Drive, Binghamton, NY 13905.
