She was cherished by her surviving siblings, Tom Patty and Alana Stein and her surviving children Richard (Kathy) Weiss (Lancaster, SC), Sharon (Ronald) Raby (Dayton, OH), Mary O’Donnell (Apalachin, NY), and Cindy (John) Baust (Andrews, SC).
She was proud and blessed to encourage and pray for her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Whitney (Matt) Ramsey; Rachel, Eli, Brady, Julianne. David (Stephanie) Weiss; Cameron and Kennedy. Michael (Amber) Weiss; Callie and Carter. Benjamin (Stephanie) O’Donnell; McKenna, Braydon and Flynn. Joseph (Danielle) Spina; Beatrice and Zelda. Annie was born in Roland, Arkansas to Allen and Lottie Patty and lived in various small oil towns in Texas. She graduated from Electra High School in 1949. She met her husband Richard at John Brown University in Silom Springs, AR and married after graduation. They moved back to his home state of New York where she lived the remaining years but never lost her Texan roots.
She retired from the Tioga Co. Probation Department but her real passion was her involvement with her church, Gideon’s International, and her family. She sent out hundreds of loving and encouraging letters (usually with a bird picture) and was a mighty prayer warrior sharing her hope in Jesus Christ.

Interment at Tioga Point Cemetery in Athens, PA. In lieu of flowers send donations to Gideon’s International at gideons.org.
