Antonia (Antoinette) Ciotoli, 83, of Endicott, died at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Thursday, February 6, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents Giovanni Antonio and Maria Albina (Gentile) Pittarelli; a brother Nicholas (Palmina) Pittarelli; sister Rosemary (Luigi) Buttino and brother in law James Golden. She is survived by her beloved husband of 64 ½ years Agostino (Augie); three sons and daughters in law Peter and Alison; Sam and Vivienne and Mario and Josene; her grandchildren Chiara; Carlo; Tara; Leah; Marisa; Jennifer; Lesley and Michael; great grandchildren Bienne; Caramia; Logan; Maguire; Evan; Zachary and Graham; two sisters Elvira (Sam) Clemente and Carm Golden; a brother Cosmo (Mary) Pittarelli. Antoinette was born in Campochiaro, Italy on June 9, 1930 and immigrated in 1948. Her whole life was devoted to her family and faith, entertaining all with her famous big Italian meals and desserts, singing with the grandchildren, chatting with neighbors on her front porch, going to church, or just sitting quietly saying her Rosary. Antoinette will always be remembered by her laughter, sense of humor, spirited personality and a great fan of the New York Giants and Yankees. A special thanks to Sister Anisia for all her company and spiritual assistance.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 10 am from St. Anthony of Padua Church, 306 Odell Avenue, Endicott. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at church Sunday from 4-6 pm.
