Arthur “Bud” Paugh

Arthur “Bud” Paugh, 82, passed away at Wilson Hospital on December 23, 2016, in the arms of his devoted wife. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Elma (Bennett) Paugh and brother, Joseph William Paugh. Survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Violet “Sis” (Conroy) Paugh, his sons Scott (Gina), Carl (Lindsey), Joseph (Pamela), nine grandchildren, several brothers and sisters in law, and many nieces and nephews. Bud was a Veteran of the U. S. Army, where he served as a Specialist 4th Class.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-7 pm at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. Private family services will be held at a later date.
