Barbara Sullivan

Barbara Jane (Rosevear) Sullivan, 93, of Binghamton, NY passed away peacefully Sunday September 20, 2015. Barbara is survived by her children Ronald (Vicki) Sullivan of Tucson, AZ, Craig (Beth) Sullivan of Selma, NC, Mark (Barbara) Sullivan of Amherst, OH, and Cynthia Sullivan of Kirkwood, NY. Barbara is also survived by her grandchildren Lisa (Jerry) Temple, Lynette (Cheivelle) Hill, Craig (Melanie) Sullivan, Thomas (Michele) Sullivan, Michele (Richard) Thomson, Jackie (Bill) Evans, Conor Sullivan, Kelsey Sullivan and great grandchildren, Justin, Josh and Madison Temple, Alicia and Amanda Evans, Morgan Barnett, Danny DeMorris, Brooke, Chloe and C.J. Hill, Nova and Logan Sullivan, Taylor and Tucker Sullivan, nephew Mike (Linda) Davies. Barbara was preceded in death by her son Larry Sullivan of Kirkwood, NY, grandsons Jamie and Jody Sullivan and great grandson Orion Sullivan. Barbara was born on June 10, 1922 in Endicott, NY. Barbara worked for Remington Rand, defense contractor, during World War II. During most of her senior years she volunteered her time at the Broome Development Center, the Senior Center, Red Hat club, Women of the Moose and many others. She was adored and celebrated in life by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends. She always put others first and made everyone around her smile. Barbara requested that no services be held. In honor of her life lend a helping hand to others. She will be missed greatly by all who knew her. We love you Mom and miss you deeply.
