Barbara Tobey

Barbara A. Tobey 82, of Apalachin passed away peacefully in her sleep December 5, 2022.
She is predeceased by her husband Kenneth Tobey; sister Shirley Hirst; and brother James Hirst.
She is survived by her children Wayne (Melody) Tobey, Diane Obregon; grandchildren Taylor, Sommer, Cassidy, Jordan, Madison, Andrew; sister Linda (Al) Tarbox; sister in-law Penny Hirst; as well as nieces and nephews.
Barbara was an avid bowler, and a huge fan of the NY Mets and NY Jets. She loved cooking and gardening.
She enjoyed nights out with “the girls” discussing and solving the world’s problems. She loved her two labs and summers at the cottage.
Barbara was a stay-at-home wife and mother for over 50 years. She will be dearly missed by all.
Funeral Services will be private and Barbara will be laid to rest at Riverhurst Cemetery.
