Berchard H. (Bud) Lee of Endwell, 80, died at Lourdes Hospital on Sunday, December 4th after an extended illness. He was predeceased by his parents, Glenn and Eva Lee. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Carol (Compton) Lee, two sons: Joel and daughter in law Robin Lee of Maine, Andrew Lee of Bethesda, Maryland, three grandchildren: Matthew (Nicole) Lee of Endwell, Marissa Lee of Johnson City and Mark Lee of Maine, and two great grandsons: Maxwell and Jadon. He is also survived by his sister and brother in law, Barbara and Donald DePugh of Apalachin, four nephews, Roger (Marybeth), Kevin (Debbie), David (Dora) and Allan DePugh, six great nieces and nephews, one aunt, Alma Sparks of Uniondale, Pennsylvania, and several cousins. He was a longtime member of Union Center United Methodist Church, retired employee of Louis N. Picciano & Sons after 44 years of service, and past volunteer at community organizations including the Union Center Fire Company, Maine-Nanticoke Valley Little League and the Nanticoke Valley Historical Society. Our husband, dad, gramps, brother, uncle Bud dedicated his life to his family, and we would like to thank the many who assisted us in his care in his later years.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday 11 am at Union Center United Methodist Church, 128 Maple Drive, Endicott, with the Reverend David McKinney, Pastor of his church officiating. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott Wednesday from 3-7 pm.
