Bernice Searles

Bernice Searles, 89, of Endicott, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents Emerson and Leonora Rhule and a sister Wanda Baxendale. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother to her husband Roger; two daughters Linda (Bob) Struble and Sandy (Don) Moran, all of Endicott; her grandchildren Kevin; Erin and Corey; great grandchildren Sydney; Eli and Seth; also several nieces and nephews and many special friends. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church, Endicott and a retired IBM Corp employee and member of its Quarter Century Club. Bernice was also a member and past president of the Endwell League of Community Action and the Endicott Women’s Club.
Funeral and Interment Services will be held Wednesday 7 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, with the Reverend Dr. Michelle Bouge-Trost, Pastor of her church officiating. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Wednesday from 4 pm until service time at 7 pm.
