Betty Tennant

Betty Tennant, 84, of Johnson City, passed away at her residence Saturday May 15, 2010. She was predeceased by her husband Charles; several brothers and sisters; an infant great granddaughter Shelby Grace and her four legged companion Gretchen.Betty is survived by a daughter and son in law Bonnie Fuller (Bill); and her grandchildren Ellen Schmeiske, Passaic, NJ; Mark Schmeiske, Candor; Jean Schmeiske, Whitney Point; and Paul (Amber) Schmeiske, Glen Aubrey; three great grandchildren Jess and Mark Schmeiske Jr. and Katie Rose Short; several nieces and nephews including two special nieces Joan Cavalucci, and Bev Kukelka. Betty was a former employee at Fair Play Caramel in JC for a number of years.She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.Funeral services will be held Tuesday 1 pm from the Allen Memorial Home 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott with Ed Massillon officiating.Entombment will be in Riverhurst Cemetery.
