Carole Cole

Carole Cole, 82 of Vestal, passed away at Mercy House of the Southern Tier, Endicott, on Tuesday, August 9, 2016. She was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband of 52 years, David; her grandsons Christopher Cuddihe and David Coppola and a brother, Richard Hotaling. She is survived by her five daughters Sandra (Jack) Moreland, New Bern, NC; Nancy (Vince) Coppola, Endicott; Gwen (Michael) Cuddihe, Vestal; Janet (Wayne) Traver, Friendsville, PA; Lori (Tom) Moore, Vestal; grandchildren Tracy; Melissa (Eric); Valarie (Josh); Nicholas (Danya); Ryan; Brandon; Dustin (Tracy); Dylan (Haylee); Morgan (Joe); and Cole; thirteen great grandchildren; a great great grandson; a sister Marie Canfield, Friendsville, PA; and Carole’s faithful furry companion, Shadow. She was an active member of Vestal Center United Methodist Church and the Vestal Senior Center. Carole enjoyed gardening, walking with Shadow, traveling, cooking and spending time with family.

Funeral Services will be held Friday 1 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, with the Reverend Jeff Aiosa, Pastor of her church officiating. Burial will be in Vestal Park Cemetery. The Family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Thursday evening from 5-7 pm.
