Cynthia “Cindy” Wintersteen

Cynthia (Cindy) Gail Wintersteen, 54, passed away unexpectedly at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Binghamton, Sunday, September 21, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Carolyn Wintersteen and a sister, Carol Carlin. She is survived by one brother and sister in law Ken and Darlene Wintersteen, Owego, NY; one niece and her husband Stacey and Bill Komar, Endwell; one nephew and his wife Eric and Kelli Wintersteen, Marathon, NY., four great nephews and one great niece. Cindy was the proud owner of Thumbs Up Nails by Cindy, Binghamton, NY. She enjoyed going on the annual camping trip with “Our Gang”. Cindy was a lover of craft fairs and cats. She went every year to the B.C. Open Concert with her good friend, Kim.
Services will be held Friday at 2 pm in the Tower of Memories at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, 3997 Old Vestal Road, Vestal, NY. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Cindy’s memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 6390 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
