It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David G. Bigney (Biggs) 66, on February 25, 2024. He passed at Mercy House with his family by his side.
He was predeceased by his father James Bigney, his in-laws Ronald and Diane Schwarzmeier and his brother-in-law, Michael Bunzey.

Dave graduated from Vestal High School, attended Broome Community College and graduated from Siena College.
He enjoyed reading, golfing, watching the birds, lighthouses, puttering around the house, music of all kinds (played loudly) and his weekend backyard fires.
Dave loved sports- he was a Maine-Endwell and Vestal fan, loved the Yankees, the Cleveland Browns, Notre Dame football and North Carolina basketball. He was a member of the Browns Backers and enjoyed Sunday games at Close Quarters. Dave was his son’s Little League coach and also coached the BC United Force soccer team for many years.
