Dawn (Camadella) Cardone, 83 of Endwell, formerly of Vestal passed away Monday, November 2, 2015. She was predeceased by her parents Vincent and Angelina (DiNunzio) Camadella and a brother and sister-in-law Eugene and Alice Camadella. She is survived by her husband George, three daughters: Barbara Cardone, Bangor, ME, Lisa O’Connor, Rexford, NY and Angela Walsh, Huntington, NY, a son John Cardone, Alexandria, VA, and grandchildren Lydia, Thomas, James, Calvin, Kristin, Sam and Nicole. She is also survived by a brother Father Christian Camadella OFM, Butler, NJ and a niece and nephew Maria Dixson and Chris Camadella. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott and former member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Vestal, where she was a Lector and Eucharistic Minister. Dawn was a retired teacher with the Vestal Schools, a graduate of the College of New Rochelle and a Past President of the Endicott Woman’s Club. She will be remembered as kind, loving and generous. Her greatest love was spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Friday 10 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church at 10:30 am. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Thursday from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to St. Anthony of Padua Church Food Pantry or St. Francis Ministry, 906 Jenkins Street, Endicott, NY 13760.
