Dianne Zeigler

Dianne Lynne Zeigler (Hodack), 47, of Vestal, New York passed away at home Sunday, May 25, 2014 comforted by her loving husband and surrounded by her family. Dianne is survived by her husband, David E. Zeigler; grandmother, Virginia Barrows; mother, Carol Hodack; father and step-mother, Daniel and Kathleen Hodack; siblings, Daniel Hodack, Denise and Jeff Medlar, Donald Hodack, David and Angela Hodack, and Kari and Josh Hawkins; nieces and nephews, Karli, Daniel, Benjamin, Emily, Owen, Gwendolyn and Rustin and one great niece, Hailey. Dianne was born on January 31, 1967. After graduating from Susquehanna Community High School in 1984, she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University in 1989, followed by her Master of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College, Vermont in 2007. She was a member of New Life Ministries Church in Endicott. She was employed as a Graphic Design Program Chair and Professor by Tompkins Cortland Community College in 2013. She was an accomplished and published artist, recognized and respected by the art community. She was an enthusiastic and revered contributor to many Rude and Bold Women Art Shows where she was able to share numerous pieces of her creative works.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 12 pm at New Life Ministries, 201 Hill Avenue, Endicott, with Reverend Pam Washburn officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Susquehanna, PA. The family will receive friends at church Saturday from 10 am until service time at 12 pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Dianne’s memory may be made to New Life Ministries Food Pantry, 201 Hill Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760.
