Donald Mcpherson, Sr.

Donald Lloyd McPherson Sr., of Endicott, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017. He was born October 14, 1940 in Endwell, NY to the late Lloyd McPherson and Frances McPherson. He is survived by his wife, Miriam Kocik McPherson of 48 years, children Stacey (Dan) Taraszewski, Renee (John Fisher) McPherson, Donald Jr. (Amy Christman) McPherson, his three grandchildren, Nicholas, Lillian and Maya, sister Joyce Parry, brother Kim McPherson, his late sister Lynda Munday and many extended family members and friends. Don was an IBM employee for 32 years and a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was also a member of the Elks and was a lifelong fan of the N.Y. Yankees.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 2 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. Entombment will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Tuesday from 12 pm until service time at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers in Don’s memory, kindly consider donations to the American Cancer Society.
