Elizabeth “Bette” Turk

Elizabeth (Bette) C. Turk, 100, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. On Wednesday April 13, 2022 Betted passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord in her home with her family around her. Bette was predeceased by her husband of 48 years Louis Turk, her parents Roy and Florence Bunzey, sisters May, Fay and Rhoda, sister-in-laws Beverly and Suzanne. Brothers Charles, Ronald, Ward and William, brother-in- laws Ambrose (Dutch) and Peter. Bette is survived and will be dearly missed by her daughter Denise Fleming, granddaughters Brittany Fleming (Bobby), and Amber Boerstler (Derick) and her precious great grandchildren Kinsley and Jaxon, sister-in-laws Martha and Bette Ann, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and also great great nieces and nephews. Bette’s greatest joy was being with her family and friends. She loved to entertain and have everyone in for tea. Bette will be greatly missed by all and her memory will live on in our hearts forever.
The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home 511-513 Main Street Endicott Monday from 11:00 to 12:00 with a Celebration of Life service to follow. Burial will be at the Riverside Cemetery. A reception will follow at Vestal United Methodist Church 328 Main Street.
