Elizabeth “Betty” Wenzel

Elizabeth (Betty) Wenzel, 90. of Endicott, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Mercy House. She was predeceased by her husband Donald E. Wenzel, her parents Harry and Jane Watson, her brothers Tommy and Jack Watson, her sisters Theresa Watson, Kate Coletti, Mary Zenzel, and Rita Flynn. She is survived by her children Jim and Peggy Wenzel, Mary and Mark Bricker, Christopher and Kerri Wenzel. Five grandchildren Tyler, Colin, and Emily Wenzel, Nicholas and Lauren Bricker. She is also survived by her two sisters Loretta and Rosina Watson. She was a retired IBM employee. She volunteered at Mother Teresa’s Cupboard and St. Ambrose Food Kitchen. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am Saturday, April 22 at St. Ambrose Church, 203 Washington Avenue, Endicott. Entombment will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at church Saturday from 9 am until Mass time at 10 am.
