Elsie Fendick

Elsie J. Fendick, 88, of Endicott, NY passed away on July 10, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer and Grace Ball; her spouse, William Fendick; her daughter, Susan Harrington. She is survived by: her son, Kerry Fendick; her granddaughters, Jennifer Harrington, Megan Harrington, and Erin Almaviva and her spouse Michael Almaviva; her great-grandson, Jaxon Almaviva; and her son-in-law, Gerald Harrington and his spouse Tracy Blowers. She was a loving wife, mother, Nana, and friend, and a proud graduate of Mahanoy City Highschool and The Pensylvania State University. She was a member of the Fine Arts Society of the Southern Tier and the Tioga Council of the Arts. An accomplished water colorist, Elsie studied with artists including Jackie Westcott, Marian Simpson, Australian David Taylor, Californian Gerald Brommer, John Brunelli, Richard Harrington, and Robert Merwin.
Funeral Services Thursday at 12 pm at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends on Thursday at the Allen Memorial Home from 11 am until Service time at 12 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
