Frank Curatolo, 88, of Endwell, passed away at his residence, Sunday, July 20, 2014. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Adelene; son Kenneth and parents Pietro and Juseppa. He is survived by a son and daughters in law Dennis and Lisa Curatolo, Owego and Lenora LaMonica, Binghamton; his grandchildren Mary Ann; Stephanie; Kathryn; Michael and Jennifer; a great granddaughter Julianna; two sisters and a brother in law Leona Andagan and Frances and William Cawley; a brother in law and sister in law Tony and Natalie Cordileone, all of Endicott; also several nieces; nephews and cousins. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott, a retired IBM Corp employee, retiring in 1983 after 37 years of service and a member of its Quarter Century Club. Frank was a veteran of W.W. II, serving as a Petty Office with the US Navy in the Asiatic Theater. He was a member of the American Legion Post 82, Endicott, President of the Last Mans Club and was an avid golfer. Frank was the kindest and most gentle loving person that walked this earth. He enjoyed many things like golfing, his wife’s cooking, but his real joy and love was for his wife, children, grandchildren and his great grandchild. Frank is at peace with his wife Ad and son Kenny, may his passing be a gentle reminder to us all ~ Family first.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday 9:30 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church at 10 am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Wednesday from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to Magic Paint Brush Project, P.O. Box 573, Johnson City, NY 13790.
