Frank N. ‘Bucky’ Picciano, 75 of Warren Center, PA passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his best friend and wife of 54 years, Diane (Pennell) Picciano and their children: Tara and Cataldo Gianfrate; Traci and Michael Cerasaro; Nicholas and Jorun Picciano; Patrice and Mark Williams and Pamela Picciano. Grandchildren: Ledina, Bianca, Gianmarino and Nico Gianfrate; Domenica and Michael Cerasaro; Lucia and Joshua Picciano; Jacob, Michaela and Jacynda Hively; Thomas Williams and Gavin and Seth Corbin. Sister and brother-in-law Delores and William Silke; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Jeanne and Jack Caprio and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was pre-deceased by his parents Nicholas and Rose (Pisano) Picciano, sister Jean Marrone, and mother-in-law Beatrice Pennell. Bucky was founder and owner of Banquet Masters, Inc., for over 30 years in Endicott, NY. He served as Chairman of the Board of the NYS Restaurant Association and was past president of the Southern Tier Chapter where he served as a director for their PAC Committee. Bucky was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved all sports, particularly the UE Tigers. His fondest memories were around the dinner table or cooking in the kitchen, especially big family breakfasts at the lake. Funeral Services will be held Friday 9:30 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church at 10 am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Thursday from 4-7 pm. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
