Gary Franklin

Gary Roger Franklin of Chenango Forks, NY went to eternal rest on December 18, 2023. He is survived by family and friends. Gary graduated from Norwich City Schools, and worked for the local telephone company. He was a member of the Binghamton Civil War Round Table. He enjoyed Elvis, fishing, bowling, road trips, and most of all, spending time with family and friends. Private services were held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations in Gary’s memory to the Broome County Humane Society or your local animal shelter.
