Harold F. Fanning, 81, of Endicott, passed away Tuesday February 24, 2015 at Wilson Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife Eva, and one son Thomas. He was retired from the Broome County Health Department.
Graveside services will be held Monday 11 am at Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The Family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, Sunday from 2-5 pm.
