Helen Bragg

Helen Bragg passed away at home surrounded by family Saturday, July 12, 2014. She was born in Carnegie PA and was a graduate of Carnegie High School. After moving to Endicott in her early 20s, she married Braxton Bragg, and enjoyed 27 years of marriage before he died in 1976. In addition to raising a family and caring for her mother, Helen enjoyed working for many years in local pharmacies and retired at the young age of 88 from Wilson Hospital’s Gift Shop. Her love of family and zeal for shopping, the theater, and remaining active remains an inspiration to many. Helen is survived by her children, Kathryn (Chris) Adams, Dan (Judy) Bragg, Lisa (Steve Harvey) Bragg and her beloved grandchildren Braxton and Colin Bragg and Danielle Bragg Harvey. She was predeceased by her husband Braxton.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Fridaty 10 am from Church of the Holy Family 3600 Phyllis Street Endwell. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott Thursday from 5:30-8:30 pm.
