Helen Palmer

Helen Palmer 96, of Maine, NY, passed away peacefully, with her loving family at her side, at Mercy House on Saturday November 27, 2021.
She was predeceased by her husband Carl and her son Jim.
She was loving and devoted to her family that survived her. Her daughter Susan(Tom) Mason. She was Gram to her special grandchildren Linda(Jim Newton) Ballard, Michele Head, Mike(Sarah) Mason, Aaron(Ericka) Palmer. She was Cookie Nema to her great-grandchildren, Dylon, Brandon(Samantha), and Jordan(Haley) Ballard, the triplets Shannon, Morgan, and Caitlin Mason, Garden and AJ Palmer. Also great great-grandchildren Madden, Harrison, Waylon, Ellie.
She is also survived by many cousins.
Other special people in her life include Daron Ballard, Vic and Judy Stanley, and Kelly Harding
Special thanks to the Lourdes Hospice team, her nurse Denise, and the Mercy House team who took exceptional and compassionate care of her and their comfort and support to our family. Also especially thankful to Michele, Linda, Kelly and Christina for their loving and devoted care that allowed her to stay in her home for months.
What gave her the most joy was her family whom she loved unconditionally and was devoted to, always putting them first.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday 11 am at Union Center United Methodist Church, 128 Maple Drive, Endicott. Burial will be in Maine Cemetery. The family will receive friends at church Wednesday from 10 am until service time at 11 am.
