James J. Judge, 78, of Endwell, NY died peacefully Thursday, January 19, 2017. He was predeceased by an infant daughter, his parents Myles and Marie Judge, brothers Myles Jr., Robert and Thomas, his sister Mary, and lifelong best friend Kenneth J. Mulholland. He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years Joan M. Judge, Endwell; one daughter and son in law Jennifer and Matthew McManus, Endicott; one son and daughter in law Jeff and Jocelyn Judge, Endwell; two grandchildren, Aileen and Jaxon; one sister, Nancy Flannery, Clark Summit, PA; mother in law Anna Marie Conroy, Moosic, PA; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Church of The Holy Family. He was a retired IBM Corporation employee retiring after 33 years of service and a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was a member of Johnson City Knights of Columbus, and a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in Viet Nam. He was an avid bowler and golfer and loved the NY Yankees. Jim was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at 10 am from Church of The Holy Family, Endwell. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott Sunday from 1-3 pm. Expressions of sympathy in Jim’s memory may be made to the American Lung Association.
