Jean C. Gehring

Jean Carolyn Gehring, 83, reposed peacefully at the Mercy House in Endicott on March 5th, 2025. She is pre-deceased by her husband Admiral Howard Gehring, her parents Carolyn "Kippy" Griffith and Alfred Griffith and her brother A. Wayne Griffith. She is survived by her son, Lazarus, and his wife Rachel and their children: Keziah and her husband Alexandr and their son Leo, Noah, Hannah, Constantine, Demetrius, Artemius, Cornelius, Mamas, and Kypriana; her daughter Susan Wong and her husband Jace and their children: Jacob, Emily and Jillian; her very special niece Kali and her husband Nick and their children: Abigail and Olivia. Jean had torrents of energy and love which she showered upon all of those around her throughout her entire life. She was a fabulous wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She leaves a vibrant, living legacy of love, humility, and grace to all who have known her.
