Jean “Jeannie” Jeavons

Jean “Jeannie” L. Jeavons (Correll), 96, of Endwell, NY was called home by our blessed Lord on December 18th, 2021, on her 96th birthday. Jeannie was predeceased by her granddaughter, Nicole Jeavons; siblings, Floyd, Marie, Irene, Mary Jane, Nelson, and Richard. She is survived by her children, Karen Kwiatkowski, Tom and Patty Jeavons and Brian and Sue Jeavons; 8 grandchildren, Sheldon Kwiatkowski (Shari), Cindy Melanson (David), Michelle Rudd (Ben), Jessica Jeavons (Christian Diaz), Kelley Rogers (Mark), Adam Jeavons (Karli McGrath), Brianna Jeavons and Zachariah Jeavons; 5 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Edith Gardner (Correll). Jean was a faithful member of Church of the Holy Family for more than 50 years. Jeannie was a proud member of the Catholic Daughters of America and a member of the IBM’s Quarter Century Club. The family would like to thank the staff at Vestal Park Nursing Center for her care. Jean was a strong and wonderful mother and grandmother. We love you and will miss you.
A Funeral Mass celebrated Wednesday 10 am at Church of the Holy Family, 3600 Phyllis Street, Endwell. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Binghamton. The family will receive friends at church Wednesday from 9 am until Mass time at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Literacy Volunteers or Alzheimer’s Association in Jeannie’s memory.
