Jean was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was also a strong woman of faith. She was kind and compassionate and did not have a mean bone in her body. She loved everyone she met. Jean always said she had a wonderful life. Family and friends were always surrounding her. Some of her fondest memories are of summers spent at their camp in the Thousand Islands socializing and boating with family and friends, family vacations, and vacationing in the Turks and Caicos. She enjoyed her card games with her good friends Dolly Honnick and Shary Hansell. Jean’s greatest joy was her family. She touched so many lives. Her love, kindness and silly laugh will be forever missed. The family would like to thank the staff at Good Shepherd Fairview for their loving and compassionate care. A special thanks goes to the staff at Arlington Center, especially, Debbie T., Michele M. and Tracie M., as they were like family to her.
There will be no services at that time. A celebration of life will be held at the family’s convenience. Please consider a random act of kindness in Jean’s memory or a donation to a charity of your choice. Kindness was what she was all about!
