John Houjak

John P. Houjak, 80, of Endicott died peacefully with his family by his side, Wednesday, June 4, 2014. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Caroline and a sister, Betty Geissler. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Houjak; a son and daughter in law, John Jr. and Lori Houjak, Wake Forest, NC; a daughter and son in law, Deborah and Bernie Kristoff, Camillus, NY; two grandchildren, Celine and Mitchell; a brother and sister in law, Robert and Lorraine Houjak, Holmdel; nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a member of St. Ambrose Church, Endicott , a veteran of the US Marine Corps. and Navy, a retired IBM Corp. employee and member of its Quarter Century Club. John was also a member of the Perpetual Adoration Society at Church of the Holy Family, Endwell.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, 9:30 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 am at St. Ambrose Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Sunday from 2-5 pm.
