John “Jack” Lashier

John (Jack) L. LaShier of Endwell passed away August 13, 2015. Born on July 17, 1919 to Lewis and Edna Leach LaShier he was a 1938 graduate of UE and a Quarter Century Club member of IBM. In W.W.II he proudly served on B-24’s with the Army Air Corps in the Pacific. He is survived by his wife of 70 years Mary Emma Reeser LaShier; daughter Jane LaShier-Singer (Edgar Singer); son John L. LaShier (Kathy Hranek LaShier); granddaughter Elizabeth Singer (Djamel Zekad); grandson Jonathan Singer (Erin Houppert-Singer); great granddaughter OliviaLinn Houppert-Singer.
Graveside services will be held at Chenango Valley Cemetery at the family’s convenience. Donations may be made in Jack’s name to the Memorial Fund of Tabernacle United Methodist Church, Binghamton, NY.
