Julia L. Hall, 93 of Pompano Beach, FL and Endicott, NY, passed away peacefully in Pompano Beach on June 21, 2021, from the long term effects of a stroke in 2017, living a very healthy life until then.
She was predeceased by her husband Warren P Hall, sons Jeffrey Hall and Brian Hall, parents Nicholas and Kathryn (Kolkowski) Leskow, sister Martha (John) Vlkovic, George (Nellie) Leskow, and John (Mary) Leskow, and cousin Paul (Sophie) Gofran.
Julia is survived by her son Jim Hall of Pompano Beach, grandchildren Russell B. (Vickie), Andrew E., Kevin D. (Lauren), and Sarah M. Hall. She is Great-Grandmother to Tim and Ethan Hall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews Donna (Lou) Fata, Gary (Susan) Leskow, Mary Kay (Tom) Leskow, Tom (Amy) Leskow, and David (Anne) Leskow, Scott and Dan Vlkovic, and Gofran nieces & nephews Mark, Lynne (Bucher), John, Mary Therese (Owen), and Elise (Lee).
Julia was a parishioner at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church for over 50 years, and was an employee of the State of New York DMV for over a decade.
Julia (“Julie” to family & friends) was born in Olean, NY in 1928, and graduated from Union Endicott High School in 1945. She met her husband Warren at the Fountains Pavilion and they were married for 51 years. They lived in West Endicott starting in 1956. Julia was a loving wife, mother, and aunt, treasured her role as grandmother, and will be missed by friends and family.
Graveside Services will be held 12 pm, Saturday July 17th at Riverhurst Cemetery, 2500 East Main Street, Endicott.In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org)
