Katherine Hoffman

Catherine V. Hoffman, 97, of Endwell, joined the love of her life Arthur in Heaven Friday, May 1, 2015. She was predeceased by her parents brothers and sisters. She is survived by a son and daughter in law Jim and Rose Mary Hoffman, Conklin; daughters and sons in law Colleen and Dan Speakman, Lake Placid, FL; Patty and Clyde Hare, Cary, NC; six grandchildren Jamie (Pamela) Mulcahy; Shannon (Steve) Paugh; Katie (David) Walh; Jennifer (Kahle) vanStaveren; John (Elvira) Margetanski; Sean (Ally) Hare; Nanny’s special eleven great grandchildren; one brother and sister in law Andy and Marilee Quinlan, Waverly, NY; several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Church of The Holy Family, Endwell. Catherine loved anything Irish. She loved to cook up until her age of 97. A special thank you to George Phillips for visiting her every Sunday and giving her Communion and a special thank you to Rose Mary Hoffman for all her kindness throughout the years.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, 9:30 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott followed by a Funeral Mass at Church of The Holy Family at 10 am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 am.
