Katherine M (Abdallah) Moore, formerly of Binghamton. Kay was born in Binghamton, NY to Gazelle and Esma Abdallah.
She was a graduate of Johnson City High school and began her career with IBM Endicott in 1951, retiring as a manager at IBM Poughkeepsie.
Kay enjoyed golfing and thoroughly loved the winters at her home in Sarasota, FL.
She was predeceased by her husband Gerald T Moore, brothers K. Edward Abdallah, Norman Abdallah, sisters: Julia Ferris, Lillian Fadel, Margaret Mokhiber, nephews Edward J. Abdallah, Joe Ferris, George Ferris, Norman Fadel
Kay is survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who she dearly loved, including Patricia Patriarco, Merry Jones (Doug), Kathryn Fadel, Bill Abdallah (Peggy), Robert Mokhiber (Sherry), Ron Mokhiber (Shannon), Sandra Abdallah.
Funeral Services will be held 11 am, Saturday, July 15 at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. Entombment will be on Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Saturday the 15th from 10 am until service time at 11 am. expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
