Kathryn Summers

Kathryn Marie Summers “Babes” of Endicott, passed away peacefully Sunday January 22, 2017. She was pre deceased by her husband Robert in 1997 and a son Thomas John. She was born in Palmerton, PA. July 30, 1937, to the late Fannie Nee Kost and John H. Kleintop Sr. After graduation from Palmerton High School, she moved to Endicott, NY, where she met and married Robert her husband in 1957. Kathryn is survived by her children and their spouses Robert Michael (Laura), Endicott, David Louis (Ann Marie),Ridgefield CT, and Paul Edward (Jennifer), Appalachian, 11 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister Ruthann, wife of Brian Kistler, brother Ronald Frable (Joann), Palmerton, PA. And her beloved brother John H. Kleintop Jr. (Penny), Lehighton, PA. As well as their two sons Jesse, her Godchild of Wellington, FL. And his daughter Emma. Kevin (Rebecca) and their son Jackson.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 12 pm at St. Ambrose Church, 203 Washington Avenue, Endicott. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at church on Wednesday from 11am until 11:55 am. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Ambrose in Kathryn’s name.
