Kenneth Stanley

Ken Stanley 83, of Binghamton NY passed away August 17, 2017 after a battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his parents Leon and Mabel (Miller) Stanley, brothers Don, James and Charles, a sister Marjorie. He is survived by his life partner Alice Nagy. His children Wendy Stanley Hicks, Robert Stanley (Juli), Scott Stanley (Kandi) grandchildren Joshua Hicks (Kelsie), Jessica Hicks (Julie), Tyler Stanley, and great grandson Leon Hicks. His stepchildren Curt and Rhonda Nagy, Mark and Connie Nagy, Dawn and Clayton Shultz. Step grandchildren Sage and Jade Nagy, AJ Gardner, Wyatt and Dalton Nagy. A sister Francine Adrine. He served in the United States Army. He worked in the many different local grocery stores as a manager, retiring from Great American. He enjoyed playing horseshoes and has many trophies from local tournaments. He was a big Cleveland Browns fan. He also enjoyed camping with family and friends, you could always find him with a book in his hand and when he wasn’t reading he was watching old western movies. The family would like to thank all the nurses and aides with Lourdes Hospice and Lourdes Hospital.
The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, Saturday August 26th from 1-3 pm.
