Margaret “Marge” Frederick

Margaret Sine Frederick, 83, of Endicott, NY died on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at Mercy House of the Southern Tier. In addition to her Parents: George and Helen (King) Sine, a special
Uncle and Aunt: David and Marguerite (Sine) Stark and her in-laws: Norman and Mabel (Lerch) Frederick, she was predeceased by her brother-in-law: Andrew Sienko, Sr., sister-in-law: Marlene Frederick and brotherand sister-in-law: Walter and Mae Jubinsky.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Ray Frederick of Endicott, NY, loving son Kevin Frederick of Raleigh, NC and loving daughter Laura (Bill) Nagorny of Johnson City, NY. She is also survived by her grandchildren Emma and Jack Nagorny of Johnson City, NY whom she loved so, so much. She leaves behind her siblings: David (Nicky) Sine, Philip (Susan) Sine and Mary Kay Sienko, and Ray’s siblings: Donald Frederick, Shirley Frederick and Richard (Barbara) Frederick, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Margaret was born in Hudson, NY and graduated from Blue Ridge High School in Great Bend, PA. She worked at Security Mutual before taking time to raise her family. She returned to work as the Secretary of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Endicott, NY for 35 years before retiring. Margaret loved her faith and was very active at OLGC in Altar Rosary and as a Eucharistic Minister. She was a true Yankees fan who also enjoyed photography and reading. She loved family time at the cottage on Tingley Lake, PA, and was proud of her Irish heritage.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Good
Counsel Church, 701 West Main Street, Endicott, NY. Interment will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell, NY. Calling hours will be from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Church prior to the Funeral Mass.
