Margaret Rallo

Margaret Laverty Rallo, 88, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2013 after a brief illness. Margaret is survived by her husband of 66 years, Paul Rallo, her son, Michael Rallo, Kirkwood, her daughter, Nancy Rallo, Apalachin, and her beloved grandchildren, Paul Boylan, Rachel Boylan, and Patrick Carmichael ,all of Apalachin. She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Buckley, and her brothers, William Laverty and Robert Laverty. She was predeceased by her daughter, Janet Rallo Tompkins, in 2007, and her grandson, Peter Tompkins, in 2000. Margaret was an exceptional mother to her children, as well as a loving and devoted grandmother.
Services will be private, per her request. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Margaret’s memory to Lourdes Hospice, 4102 Old Vestal Rd., Vestal, NY 13850. The family would like to especially thank Dr. Michael McCarville and Dr. Nasiruddin Jamal for their care of Margaret during her illness.
