Marguerite Funari

Heaven has gained the beautiful soul of my beloved wife of almost 65 years of marriage. Marguerite Rose Funari passed away October 14 at the age of 87. Marguerite was predeceased by her son, Joseph David Funari; parents, Margaret & John McGarry; brother, John McGarry. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Funari; daughters, Joanne (Carlos), Susanne (Eric), Kathleen (Robert); son, Michael; grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer (John), Jonathan (Emily), Joseph, Daniel (Amber), and Kenneth; great grandchildren, Everett and Theodore; sister, Kathleen; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 12-1 pm at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. Private services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, 212 North McKinley Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760. “Always remember that I love you.”
