Marinell “Mary” Lasky

Marinell (Mary) Lasky, 93, of Binghamton, died Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Wilson Memorial Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents Robert and Mae Lambert and her husband Jackson Lasky. She is survived by her daughter Gail Yannuzzi; grandson Anthony Yannuzzi; granddaughter Marnielle; great grandchildren nephew and niece, David and Sandi Lasky; a niece, Roberta Zervos and her family; brother in law Robert Lasky; nephews Morris and Teddy Lasky and dear friends, Ruth Ann and Daniel Allen. She retired from the Binghamton Plate Glass Company. Mary was a member of American Legion Post 1254. She served as an officer for the Binghamton, Johnson City and WBA and was elected into the Bowling Hall of Fame. For many years Mary organized the Bowl Down Cancer Tournament. Throughout her life she was an avid bingo player, loved to play golf and read.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
