Mary Ellen Kania

Mary Ellen Kania, 89, passed away on March 15, 2018 at the Good Shepherd Village Nursing Facility in Endwell after a long illness. She was pre-deceased by her parents, John and Mary Marchelitus. She is survived by her husband, Frank, sons, Robert and Lee Ann Kania, Loveland, CO, Dr. Michael and Stefanie Kania, Asheboro, NC, daughter, Patti and her husband, Richard Quest, Cross Junction, VA, grandchildren, Crystal (Quest) Brown and her husband Kris, Spenser, NY, Rick Quest and his wife Kim, Winchester, VA, Cameron Kania, Los Angeles, CA, Chandler Kania, Asheboro, NC, and a great grandson Ricky Quest, Winchester, VA. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Endicott, and the Altar and Rosary Society, where she was active in the fundraising activities.
Services will be held Friday, March 23 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church with viewing at the Church from 9 am to 11 am with the Funeral Mass to follow at 11 am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City at a later date.
