She worked at Loblaw’s grocery store in her younger years and at IBM, Endicott in her later years. Nancy spent many a summer camping with her family at Mississippi Lake in Canada, and created a lifetime of memories for her children. She was an avid bowler and was Secretary of her various bowling leagues throughout several decades. She adored horses, and spent time caring for them on their farm. Nancy was a devoted wife and mother, maintaining a warm, loving home for her family and always thought of everyone else first without exception. She was a kind and gentle soul with a wonderful sense of humor, loved by all who knew her, her special hugs and smiles. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Special thanks to the Ideal Senior Living Center and Lourdes Hospice staff for their kindness and caring, and to nephew Bobby Larnerd for his many visits and Bible readings with Mom throughout her illness.
At Nancy’s request, services will be held at the convenience of the family. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to Project PAW, 127 Bevier Street, Binghamton, NY 13904.
