Nora Ciotoli Francis

Nora Ciotoli Francis, (98) from Endicott, NY passed away peacefully on July 25, 2024. She is predeceased by her parents Edward and Viola (Lee) Vallequette Catalano, stepfather Tony Catalano, Her In-Laws Philip and Isabella (Palombo) Ciotoli, her first husband Vincent Ciotoli, Her infant children Pamala Anne and Mary Anne, her brother and sister-in-law Edward and Wave Vallequette, brothers-in law Eugene Ciotoli and Joseph Francis, niece (god-child) Denise (Ciotoli) Callum and nephew Barry Vallequette. She is survived by her second husband William Francis, her children Gerald (Rosemary) Ciotoli, Irene (Russell) Ives, Stepdaughters Robin (Andy) Martino and Karen Thiele, grandchildren Vince (Cellina) Ciotoli, Sara (Angelo) Macchiano, Brendon (Katie) Ives, Kyle (Shawna) Ives, Meghan Frye, great grandchildren Mychela (Anthony) Chittenden, Isabella, Lucas and Caitlyn Ciotoli, Giana, Angelo and Frank Macchiano, Elizabeth, Clayton and Chadwick Ives and Quinton Hollister, Willow and Meadow Frye, sisters-in-laws Jeanette Ciotoli and Carole Francis and a great number of nieces, nephews and God-children.
Nora graduated from Union Endicott High School in 1945 and retired from IBM Owego in 1985 where she worked in Document Control. Nora liked to travel, golf and was a regular Wordle player. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, golf on TV and being with family and friends.
Deep gratitude goes to the staff at Wilson Medical Center for their kindness and excellent care during the last days of her life.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 am Tuesday, July 30 at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 306 Odell Avenue, Endicott. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at church Tuesday, July 30 from 10 am until Mass time at 11am.
