Otto Becker

Otto G. Becker, 71, of Endicott, New York, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 17th, 2024 after a brief battle with Cancer, surrounded by his family. Otto aka “Oats” was born to Fred and Mary Becker on December 4th, 1952 in Johnson City, NY and grew up on a huge farm in Endwell. He was a talented athlete who was proud to be a UE tiger football player (#82) in high school. Upon graduation he worked in construction for Gary Dyer Excavating and later was the purchase agent for Bill Gargano Inc. Otto is survived by his two daughters - Erin (Patrick) Whited and Sara (Jeffrey) Helms. He also had 5 Grandchildren (Cameron, Lexi, Max, Parker, Alex & Austin). He also had several special nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his loving sister Patricia Morgan whom he was very close with. Otto was a very social person with a free spirit who enjoyed playing in pitch tournaments and telling stories of his adventures. But his biggest passion was Golfing, it brought him great joy especially later in his life. He had many friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
