Pamela “Pam” Watkins

Pamela A. Watkins, 54, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023, after an extended battle with cancer. Pam is survived by her devoted husband, Peter, and loving daughter, Victoria. She is also survived by four siblings, Thelma (Thomas) Williams, Gerri (Lynn) Harrison, Daniel (Robyn - deceased) McManus, and Cindi (Jeffrey) Holtzman along with 15 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Pam had a closeness with Paula (mother-in-law), Amber (sister-in-law) and Jared (brother-in-law) Watkins. She is predeceased by her parents, Francis & Beverly McManus and father-in-law, Larry Watkins. Pam most recently worked as a financial planning administrative assistant with Planning with Purpose after a long-time career working within the IBM facilities, both for IBM and with a third-party contractor. She was a Union Endicott high school and Broome Community College graduate. Pam was actively involved with Victoria’s Irish dancing and marching band activities. She was devoted to family and loved hosting family holiday dinners.

Funeral Services for Pam will be held on Saturday at 11 AM at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main Street, Endicott. The family will receive friends on Saturday at the Allen Memorial Home from 10 AM until Service time at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier.
