Patricia Ann Williams, 68 of Newark Valley, entered eternal rest on December 12, 2022. Pat was the second oldest of the Pero children born to Joseph C. Pero, Sr. and Bonnie M. Pero on January 10, 1954. She was a devoted wife to Harold Williams and loving mother of Amy (Shawn) VerValin and Brett (Susan) Williams; Grandmother to her three grandchildren Kailee, Liam, and Derek who she loved deeply.
Pat was predeceased by her parents as well as her brother David Pero and niece, Sara Semkus. She is survived by her brothers and sisters Michael (Bonita) Pero, Mary Jo (Paul) Kent, Phillip (Debra) Pero, Phyllis Pero, Lori (Ron) Grace, Joseph Pero Jr., Thomas Pero, and several nieces and nephews.
Pat graduated from Union Endicott High School, Class of 1972. After graduation she went to vocational school to become a Dental Hygienist and worked in the Medical Arts Building in Endicott, NY. In the 1980’s she worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Binghamton and IBM Endicott and Owego, NY. Her true passion in life was taking care of her family, decorating her home, and making everything memorable for those around her.
Our mother was a kind, caring, and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Our mother was a source of inspiration to us all and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
A Memorial Service will be held 6 pm, Monday, December 19th at the Allen Memorial Home 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, with visitation Monday from 4 pm until service time at 6 pm.
