Paul “Paulie” Schmeiske

Paulie left our world unexpectedly on March 3, 2024. Born on August 13, 1970 he brought joy and warmth to those around him from the very beginning. It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of his untimely departure.
In his short time with us, Paulie loved spending time with his entire family. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and cheering on the NY Giants. He looked forward to his daily walks with his boxers and loved family summer pool parties, where he could ‘show off’ his acrobatic diving skills.
In this difficult time, may we find solace in the love and memories we hold dear. Paulie’s departure has left an irreplaceable void in our lives, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were touched by his presence. Thank you to everyone for your endless love and support during this heartbreaking time.
Paulie is predeceased by his Daughter Shelby Grace, Grandparents Charles and Betty Tenant, Margaret Schmeiske and Mother in-law Nancy Croft.
Surviving family members: His loving wife of 29 years Amber Croft-Schmeiske, two children River Alexandra and Steel Upton, Mother Bonnie I. Fuller and Step-Father William Fuller, Father Carl Schmeiske, Sister Ellen Schmeiske, Brother Mark Schmeiske Sr. (Peggy Carmen) and Children Mark and Jessi (Veronica) Sister Jean Schmeiske and Child Katie (Merlin), Father in-law Donald Croft, Sister in-law Christy Croft-Driscoll and Brother in-law Mark Driscoll and Children Dawson (Madi) and Olivia (Dakota), Sister in-law Brandy Croft and Brother in-law David Brigham and Child Bostwick, along with many friends and extended family.
Funeral Services will be held 6 pm, Tuesday, March 12 at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, Tuesday, March 12 from 3 pm until service time at 6 pm.
In lieu of flowers, if you wish, a trust fund has been set up for Paul’s children, River and Steel through NBT Bank, Whitney Point.
