Philip Cali

Philip Charles Cali, 95, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2017. He is survived by his devoted wife of 73 years, Connie Cali, by his loving son and daughter-in-law, Philip Anthony and Carol Ann Cali, by his wonderful grandchildren and their spouses, Philip Mark and Klara Cali, and Christopher and Dorian Simmons, by his precious great grandchildren, Philip Thomas, Aneta, Francesca, and Alicia, and by nieces and nephews and their spouses. Phil lived a long and satisfying life from his childhood upbringing in New York City to his many, happy years in the Bronx, Long Island, and Binghamton. He served honorably in the United States Army during World War Two and subsequently held various jobs throughout his working career. He loved his immaculately clean and perfectly designed workshop and could dance the night away well into his seventies. His family would like to thank the staff of the New York State Veterans’ Home at Oxford for the outstanding care the staff provided him in his final years.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, NY 13760.
